Fantastic video & fantastic place to live. People complaining if they had money to live there they wouldn’t be in Thailand. You would never get such luxury for £1400 a month. Also probably get it for 650k (baht) if you pay annually upfront

The prices for the studio are insane. You can't move around in that studio. Prices are utterly ridiculous!!! The toaster has to be put on the table bexause there's no room for it in the so called kitchen

Like the wrap around balcony in the large 1 bed, but it looks more cramped than the smaller one, everything looks cramed into corners with a table occupying the centre space in the room, nice room all the same

Interesting. I’m really not sure it’s the best thing to do to buy an apartment in Thailand. Unless you are 100% certain that you’re going to live there for the rest of your life, which I assume most of your viewers would not be in that mindset.

For Schengen countries citizens, your Thai spouse must bring only a certificate that your marriage is registered in your country. It can also be a copy (not original). I usually fly to Italy so my Thai wife applies for Schengen Visa at the Italian VFS counter. It's processed in max three days. What bothers me is that she has to apply for it every time while to the USA she got a multiple entry visa that lasts ten years.

Cute little units, might be decent rentals. Way too small for me, I'd get claustrophobic quick!

The area is changing so rapidly that January of 2028- 3 years and 6 months seems like an eternity away. With the ever changing tax laws and talk of an increase to 75% foreign condo quotas, as well as a proposed longer land lease option, it will be interesting to see how things play out.

The prices on the 40 sq meter 2 bedroom are absolutely ridiculous. You cant even move around the second bedroom. 23000 to 27000 is obscene!!

The studio is smaller than a shoebox. You'll be constantly bumping into everything. That price is expensive. It should be no more than 9000 Baht.

Nice building and Amenities but the condos themselves are just to small I personally wouldn't even consider a 1 bedroom less than 50 sqm bare minimum
